My project assignments have shown that situations and problems are too multifaceted to be solved with the same approaches. For me, this means that I constantly adapt my strategy - my methods and approaches - to the individual situation and unique culture of the client. This is the only way to achieve sustainable success from which your company will benefit in the long term.
In the last 20 years, I have worked for various national and international companies in the financial sector and managed classic (Prince2) as well as agile (SCRUM) projects. Through each project, I was able to develop my methods and approaches and today they help me to live by my philosophy.

Throughout my fifteen years of experience as a management consultant, I have taken on various roles in various international projects. These include positions of responsibility such as project manager, SCRUM master, product owner, test manager, business analyst as well as PMO employee.
I master both the Waterfall model and the agile SCRUM model used as project management methods. In recent projects, I have used the SCRUM process model as extensively as possible.

My field of activity as a management consultant is focused on the operative and target-oriented implementation of strategic corporate objectives in the financial sector.
The objectives of the projects were often very different and therefore I have diversified know-how in the field of finance. In the last few years I have mainly been involved in banking projects in the field of trade finance and car financing.

about me.
I began my professional career in 2005 with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and a subsequent trainee program at "Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf". During the trainee program, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
After my first studies, I worked for "Accenture" for two years and gained my first international project experience. Afterward, I worked for three years as a project manager for the medium-sized management consultancy company "Consileon" and completed my Master of Arts in Finance & Accounting at the same time. I founded "bicking consulting" in 2014 and have been working as a freelance management consultant ever since.
I distinguish myself from others because of my very communicative nature and I am always inspired by the synergies that arise during the project. As a project manager, I know how to achieve a target-oriented distribution of tasks in order to ensure efficient project implementation at all times. I have mastered both the Waterfall model and the agile SCRUM model as project management methods.
Besides my work at "bicking consulting" I am a co-founder of the charity organization "Gyalpa e.V." and the social trading company "Gylapa Shop UG". Since its establishment in 2013 and 2015 respectively, I have been committed to this cause. Furthermore, I am a co-founder of a start-up company, which has already developed and launched various ideas/concepts into the market.
